Modeling and Mentoring as Part of Creativity

As a parent, modeling can be an every day activity. In other areas of our lives, we may not have a mentor, but we may model our work after someone we admire or who has more experience.
Believing in the worth of others and helping to guide and help them as they grow is amazing. Being a recipient who wants to help guide your creativity can mix feelings of anxiety with joy.
Having someone guide you to make mistakes can help in developing your skills–and becoming more proficient.
Have you mentored someone today? Or is someone mentoring you? In either position, what is the most rewarding aspect to you?
