One of the elements of being creative is being able to find ideas in, perhaps, a different place than you would think ordinarily. Frequently, I run across information about being creative as a business person. The post from UpstartHR is an example of finding creativity–in this case, ways to stay creative in blog writing. However, his tips are applicable on many different levels of business and taking another look at the same dilemma. If you replace the words “blog post” with whatever may be tripping you up, you might be able to find a fresh take. That twist could help with your creative passion or your work project.
Because of a fiction project I’ve been working on, tip #8 (Find a calendar of holidays and pick a holiday to write about) is probably my favorite.
